Showing our personality
Often in business we must be many things, we wear many hats. As a training company we certainly do wear various hats, various styles and in many ways!! We must have the knowledge of running a business, marketing, recruiting, managing qualifications and also have the ability/knowledge to train plus the ability to support lots of different people with different personalities. Also, we must have bags of energy, motivation and perseverance!
We always bring load of personality to our training, excel in making it exciting, relevant and above all a great learning experience. Our feedback is always really positive, mentioning the great personalities that the trainers have and how this made the training enjoyable plus that they have learnt so much. We love to read the feedback.
How can we show this in our marketing?? This has been our question this week. Some of our training topics are a little dry but mandatory for businesses. We have always wanted to look professional and now see that our unique value is also in the enjoyable training that we deliver, not just the quality and the fact that we deliver OfQual regulated qualifications but to show that we too have personality! We create an enjoyable experience, we make you feel at ease and creating an effective environment to learn.
Putting ourselves out there brings fear sometimes, I am sure lots of you can relate to this. We talk about taking ourselves out of our comfort zones in our Mental Health training, how it can create stress but some stress is good for us, makes us take action. We need to embrace this slight uneasiness and show our personalities more, watch this space………….
